Let’s start here: Ricky Williams has been my favorite Miami Dolphins player since I started watching football religiously in 2008. The introduction of the Wildcat to the NFL with Ricky Williams, Ronnie Brown, and Chad Pennington ruptured the minds of defensive coordinators (most importantly, Bill Belichick) and fans alike with one of the most high octane formations of the time.

Ricky’s career was sidelined by multiple suspensions due to his cannabis use. Since his retirement, Ricky has been outspoken on the positive impact cannabis has on his mental health and his usage during his career and why.

In our interview, we discuss his all-pro career, legend status, Cannabis Company — Highsman — and more! Highsman also represents a way Williams can advocate for the positive impact of cannabis outside of the stigma our society has put on cannabis.
