I’ve been a fan of the Sniper Elite series for as long as it’s been around, so naturally when the franchise started spinning itself off into undead Nazi stuff, I’ll was intrigued. Since then, the Zombie Army games have become an awesome series in their own right, so naturally I jumped for joy when Zombie Army 4: Dead War was announced at E3 this year.
I sat down with one of the developers to play through a level from the game in co-op, which pitted us against endless undead as we progressed through an old railyard in Milan. The mission was ridiculous and action-packed, and luckily you don’t need to take my word for it, because the team was nice enough to let me capture the whole thing! Take a look:
As you can see, all the hallmarks of the franchise are here, plus tons of new stuff that weapons, powerups, and mechanics added to the mix. I absolutely love over-the-top nonsensical co-op games, so this is one I look forward to playing with the lads.
If you want to know more about Zombie Army 4: Dead War, and everything else developer Rebellion Developments is up to, then you’re in luck. I had the opportunity to sit down for an interview with Time Jones and Steve Bristow to talk about just that! You can read the interview in its entirety right here.

You know that jerk online that relentlessly trash talks you after every kill? That guy was probably Travis "Tie Guy" Northup. Competitive, snarky, and constantly wearing a tie, Travis has been writing his opinions about electronic media since he was a teenager, and is pretty much the only person to hold his opinions in high regard.
