Today, The Game Awards announced the announcement for the award show's nominees, the winners of which will be announced at The Game Awards themselves. The nominees announcement will take place on Monday, November 17th, 2025 at 9 AM PT on The Game Awards' official YouTube and Twitch Channels.
Nominations for the 29 categories including Game of the Year, Best Game Direction, Best Independent Game, Best Performance and Best Adaptation will be announced during the special.
Following the nominations announcement, fans can vote for their favorite games, studios and creatives via authenticated online voting on www.thegameawards.com from November 17th to December 10th at 6 pm PT.
