Today, Dotemu released the opening cinematic for MARVEL Cosmic Invasion.

With one week left until the Dec. 1 launch of MARVEL Cosmic Invasion, the tag-team beat' em up for 1-4 players celebrating the golden eras of MARVEL entertainment, Dotemu today released the game's cinematic opening in full.

The animation's hand-drawn action is the perfect chance to get reacquainted with MARVEL Cosmic Invasion's 15-fighter playable roster, which boasts all-time greats like Spider-Man, Wolverine and Storm as well as surprise inclusions of deep cut favorites like Nova and Phyla-Vell. Watch our heroes assemble below to defeat the most menacing band of Super Villains our galaxy has faced yet.
Developer Tribute Games also stopped into their favorite comic book store for a look back to the series and storylines that inspired the cosmic-threatening plight led by the sinister Annihilus that's at the heart of MARVEL Cosmic Invasion. Both videos follow the recent reveal of MARVEL Cosmic Invasion's physical editions, including a Deluxe Edition that sports a SteelBook, poster, art cards and sticker sheets. The Deluxe and Standard Edition of MARVEL Cosmic Invasion are available for pre-order now in the U.S. via Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Target and Walmart ahead of the launch of physical editions on March 13, 2026.
