Today, Blumhouse Games and Vermila Studios announced that their upcoming title, Crisol: Theater of Idols, surpassed 100,000 wishlists on Steam. To celebrate, they released a track from the game on YouTube.

Composed by Xavi Qués and lyrics sung by Celica Soldream, “El Enamorado y la Muerte” is a haunting track that makes a perfect accompaniment to the twisted folklore of Tormentosa.
“Crisol has always sought to weave together diverse references from Spanish culture, and its soundtrack is no exception,” says creative director David Tornero “It needed to be something profoundly Spanish, yet truly unique. That’s why, together with the talented Xavi Qués, I set out to revive pieces of Spanish poetry and reinterpret them as musical compositions that audiences can enjoy today.”

Announced earlier this month, Crisol: Theater of Idols will launch in 2026 with English and Spanish voiceover. The English voice casting features AmaLee (One Piece Film: Red, Honkai: Star Rail) as Mediodía and Luis Bermudez (DC: Dark Legion, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6) as Gabriel. In Spanish, Henar Hernández (Big Mouth, Oshi No Ko) will voice Mediodía and Mario García (Resident Evil 4) is Gabriel. Players can jump into the demo for the game right now via Steam, which was recently updated to include Spanish voiceover in addition to English.
