Overwatch is dropping the 2, resetting seasons back to 1, and initiating another needed competitive reset. But the collaborations never stop. This time it's Overwatch X Hello Kitty and Friends, and it's looking quite adorable.
You could guess who gets skins, but I was not prepared for some of them.
- Juno gets Hello Kitty
- Widowmaker gets Huromi
- Mercy gets Pompompurrin
- Lucio gets Keroppi
- Kiriko gets Cinnamoroll
I was sure Mei would get a skin for this collab, but alas, the Juno, Kiriko, and Mercy fans must be satisfied.

An anecdote for those who think Hello Kitty doesn't belong in Overwatch: In elementary school, I had a crush on a girl who loved Hello Kitty. I instinctively understood the assignment—I too must like Hello Kitty. So, I got on the Keroppi train. She didn't like me anyway, and I got over her. But I didn't get over Keroppi. That's my guy. Hello Kitty has staying power, my friends.
