Vigilance Press’ “Rogues, Rivals & Renegades” Collection One released

For you tabletop fans looking to add some spice to your encounter roster, here’s some news that may turn your head: Vigilance Press has just released Collection One of their popular Rogues, Rivals & Renegades series. Available in both PDF format and print-on-demand for you paper-loving types, this is a collection of Vigilance Press characters meant for use with the Mutants and Masterminds rules.
