The Darth Vader PS4 controller will be available separate from the themed console

If you were interested in the controller coming with the Darth Vader PlayStation 4 but have no use for another console, it turns out it will be coming to stores as a standalone product.

The official PlayStation website has added a listing for the controller, but doesn’t specify when it will become available. However, it does show the packaging the Darth Vader-themed peripheral will come in when you buy it separate from the console.

The original Darth Vader console came bundled with Disney Infinity 3.0, which is focused primarily on Star Wars characters. For more on that, check out Gaming Trend’s review.
