STRAFE’s release date announcement… gets a little weird

STRAFE, the pixelated, procedural FPS from developer Pixel Titans, launches on March 28, according to a strange teaser trailer that popped up on publisher Devolver Digital’s YouTube channel this morning. Check it out:

In STRAFE, you play as a scrapper who gathers resources for a futuristic corporation, but when a mission goes awry (aliens, of course), a simple resource collection mission turns into a shotgun-blasting, grenade-chucking race for survival.

We played STRAFE at E3 last year and were impressed by the game’s blend of modern shooter and classic, pixel-art aesthetic.
