Square Reveals Dragon Quest: Heroes and Special Edition PS4

The next installment in the Dragon Quest series has been revealed, but it’s probably not the game you were expecting.

At Sony’s Pre-TGS event, Square-Enix revealed Dragon Quest: Heroes from Omega Force, best known for games like Dynasty Warriors and the upcoming Legend of Zelda spin-off Hyrule Warriors.

While the game has yet to be confirmed for western release, the game will come to Japanese PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 owners next year.

As part of Dragon Quest: Heroes’ launch, Sony will release a special edition of the PlayStation 4 called Metal Slime edition, which will feature Dragon Quest’s slime character on both the system and DualShock 4 controller.
