Space Marine: Exterminatus DLC Coming 10/25/11. Price: Free

Are you a Warhammer 40k: Space Marine owner looking for more content to sink your chainblade into? Then good news! THQ will be releasing the free “Exterminatus” DLC this month – the 25th, in fact, according to THQ Insider. As for what the DLC will contain, let’s let THQ do the talking:

This DLC is free, and adds the Exterminatus mode: four-player online co-op, set on either Assault on Hab Center Andreas or Escape from Kalkys Facility and featuring Space Marines versus Orks and Chaos Space Marines.

Performance in co-op will add to players’ multiplayer rankings, while perks which have been unlocked in multiplayer can also be used in this mode too.

More co-op is always good, and even more Orks and Chaos Space Marines to purge is even better. And of course you can’t beat the price tag. One more thing to look forward to in this release-heavy month!
