Rumor: Halo: Master Chief Collection Coming to Xbox One
A potential leak reveals that a collection featuring the first four mainline Halo games may be coming this year.
Engadget is reporting that Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be coming to Xbox One later this year. The collection will include original Xbox titles Halo and Halo 2, as well as the Xbox 360 titles Halo 3 and Halo 4. The report indicates that the collection will likely omit spin-offs Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach.
Engadget has reached out for comment, but doesn’t expect Microsoft to say anything on the subject.
The release of a collection would make sense, as it would prime players for the recently announced Halo 5: Guardians.
