Resident Evil Release Date Revelation

Taking place between the events of Resident Evil 4   and 5, Revelations  on the 3DS unites Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield as they investigate the terrorist organization responsible for releasing the T-Abyss virus and creating, you guessed it, more zombies.

Capcom has announced an official February 7th, 2012 release date for the first original Resident Evil experience on the Nintendo 3DS. Revelations introduces the Genesis Scanner which players till utilize to scan environments for hidden items and to identify enemies.

If you bought Street Fighter 4  on the 3DS, or at least saw the case on a store shelf, you might remember the hologram style case covering. GameStop is offering a similar type case for anyone who pre-orders Resident Evil Revelations  through them.

Personally, I wish all the games were available digitally in the e-shop.
