Ready at Dawn Talks its Approach to The Order: 1886’s Weaponry

Ready at Dawn has released a new behind-the-scenes video for its upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive The Order: 1886.

The video revolves around the studio’s approach to the game’s weaponry. Given that the game is set in an alternate history, Galahad and company’s arsenal contains aspects of both real-world 1886 with futuristic aspects to differentiate it from what is actually realistic.

Because humanity’s has less experience with a lot of the technology that it has access to in The Order, much of the game’s weaponry is meant to look somewhat dangerous, or poorly built in a way that it might not be safe for the wielder.

This is only the latest spotlight Ready at Dawn has given The Order: 1886’s weapons, having released some screens and art focused on it last month.
