Razer to Release Android Powered Micro-Console

Hardware manufacturing company Razer has announced that it will be creating a micro-console.

Razer’s device will be powered by Android TV to stream movies, music and apps with an “emphasis on gaming.” The micro-console can be navigated through a mobile app that will be available on all Android tablets and smart phones, or by using the system’s built in voice control.

Razer claims that its key focus is “enhancing the gaming experience on Android devices,” and hopes that its experience in designing third party peripherals, such as keyboards, controllers and mice, will be beneficial to the development of the micro-console.

The Razer micro-console is slated for release sometime this fall.
