Overwatch’s release date leaked by an online ad

Overwatch’s release date appears to have been revealed ahead of schedule, as an ad over at IGN mentions a date of May 24th.

The ad was seen on IGN’s homepage and screencapped by Reddit user Deadpoolthegreat.

Given the official nature of the ad, Blizzard may be planning to announce Overwatch’s date in an official capacity in the coming days. The competitive shooter is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, and for more on the game, check out our latest preview.
