New Demo Shows Assassin’s Creed Unity’s Non-Linearity

Ubisoft has released an extensive demonstration of Assassin’s Creed Unity’s campaign.

It shows one of protagonist Arno’s first assassinations. The game is built around giving players an objective and leaving it up to them how they decide to complete it. This means you can choose to kill someone in broad daylight and risk being defeated by guards, or taking the slow and methodical approach by gathering intel and taking a target out more stealthily. The demo shows the freedom the game gives you to complete a mission how they see fit.
