Developer/Publisher Ubisoft has released notes for Patch 3 which includes a ton of fixes and will have a staggered release across all platforms. The patch is being rolled out fon PS4 today and will hit the Xbox One and PC next week. The patch wipes out various crash bugs, fixes numerous gameplay issues, and further stabilizes the online experience. There are minor improvements to the framerate that should alleviate some of the problems, but a future patch is being planned to concentrate in this particular area.
