To counter the release of the first NBA 2K15 trailer, EA has announced that Damian Lillard will be on the cover of NBA Live 15.
Lillard is the 2012-2013 Rookie of the Year and is currently the star point guard for the Portland Trail Blazers. On top of being the cover athlete, Lillard will also help with Learn Live, EA’s way of introducing new players to NBA Live 15. You will hear his voice as he directs you on what to do next.
EA Sports also showed off a quick little video, found above, highlighting Lillard’s presence in the game. A year ago, the star being touted was Kyrie Irving. This year, it seems like Kyrie has been replaced with Damian Lillard. The cover can be found below…
NBA Live 15 will release alongside NBA 2K15 on October 7th for the Xbox One and PS4.
