The commercial (which you can view above) references games like Destiny and Far Cry 4, as it puts a spotlight on multiplayer gaming.
It echoes the message of the system’s “Perfect Day” launch commercial, which features two friends engaging in a race that referenced Driveclub and a shootout similar to Killzone: Shadow Fall.
This gamer-centric messaging has been widely attributed to the PlayStation 4’s early success, having already sold 10 million units since its launch last November.
