Introversion, lead by designer Chris Delay and producer Mark Morris, have today announced they will launching the game fully in 2015.
Prison Architect is one of those projects that seems to have been in development for around forty years. It was one of the first games to be in “early access,” meaning you could purchase it before it was fully completed.
On top of all that, Introversion has announced they will be branching out and creating a mobile version of Prison Architect. They have also teamed up with John Cook at Bad Management LLP in hopes of finding someone to publish a console version.
As of right now, Prison Architect has sold over 1 million copies. They have also released a video showing off Alpha version 29, narrated by Chris and Mark, which can be found above.
