Gears of War 4 beta dated for next month

Microsoft and The Coalition have announced that Gears of War 4’s closed beta will begin on April 18th, followed by an open beta on April 25th.

Early access to the beta will be open to those who play Gears of War: Ultimate Edition before April 11th on either Xbox One or PC, with the beta opening up to the general public on April 25th. The beta will ultimately conclude on May 1st.

Originally announced at E3 under the name “Gears 4,” Gears of War 4 is coming to Xbox One later this fall.
