Gamerate asks you what your 2011 GOTY was

As we ease into the holiday gaming rush of 2012, some of us have only just now gotten through some of the backlog of great games of 2011. What better time to reflect on those titles than right now? Gaming Trend has partnered up with Gamerate for their Game of the Year 2011 – Gamer’s Choice Awards. Your vote makes the difference in this tournament of the thirty-two best games of 2011. Decide which games will survive battle and advance to next round of  the Tournament.

Starting today, the first round of the bracket starts like this:

Gamers can vote by signing up for an account or using their social media network of choice (Facebook, Twitter, or Google +). Each round lasts for two weeks for a total of five rounds, with the winner crowned on December 17th.

Get your votes in now, the results will be tallied on Oct. 22nd when the field is cut in half and the next round begins!
