Frictional Games’ Soma gets debut trailer, is super creepy.

Do you remember the first time you saw the teaser trailer for Amnesia: The Dark Descent?  Do you remember that sinking feeling in the pit of your stomach?  Prepare to have that gain, as Frictional Games have finally unveiled some footage of their next major project: Soma.

You’ll find the video below–and I’m not going to spoil it too  much by saying how exciting it is to see the a sci-fi setting.  It looks like Frictional will be putting aside the Lovecraft in favor of William Gibson and Phillip K. Dick’s “man vs. machine” horror style.  Oh, and there’s a lot of inspiration from Aliens, but at this point saying “Sci-fi horror project X draws inspiration from Aliens” is kind of obvious.  Just watch the video, you won’t be disappointed!
