It appears that new Devil May Cry game is in the works according to an actor’s resume.
Actor Nils Hognestad lists voice work in his resume for Devil May Cry 5 on Actors Access. While Hognestad has not starred in a Devil May Cry game before, his listing says that he will be playing a “lead” character in the unannounced game.
The last Devil May Cry game, DmC: Devil May Cry, launched in 2013, but was part of a rebooted storyline and universe outside of the original series that began on PS2. Considering the game in the resume is called Devil May Cry 5, it stands to reason that it will take place in the original universe after Devil May Cry 4.
