This week Joe and Mike (or, Swoots, as Joe likes to him) are in the fictional narco-state of Bolivia fighting the dreaded Santa Blanca cartel. Bullets go flying, stuff gets blown up, and Joe gets pissed at Swoots for always messing up the silent approach.
