Naughty Dog talks taking the Uncharted series a technical step further in new video

Naughty Dog’s latest behind-the-scenes look at Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is all about the studio’s pushing the game to its technical limits.

In the “Pushing Technical Boundaries” video, developers at Naughty Dog talk about using the PlayStation 4’s power to make Uncharted 4 the most technically impressive game in the series. This means opening up level design to more player experimentation, increasing the level of detail in animation, and altogether creating a more technically sound experience for those playing.

This is the third in Naughty Dog’s “Making of” video series for Uncharted 4, with previous entries discussing how the series has grown up as its developers have, and taking a retroactive look back at the series as a whole.

Uncharted 4 has gone gold and is set to come to PlayStation 4 on May 10th.
