Check out the trailer for the BBC’s Grand Theft Auto movie

The BBC (via NewTrailersBuzz) have released the first trailer for its upcoming made-for-TV movie, The Gamechangers, based around the creation and development of the Grand Theft Auto series.

Starring Daniel Radcliffe, of Harry Potter fame, as series creator Sam Houser, as well as Bill Paxton as lawyer Jack Thompson, who tried to bring down the series for its notorious violence, The Gamechangers will tell the story of how the GTA series came about and the controversy it created.  Check out the trailer above.

The Gamechangers will premier September 9, 2015 on BBC Two in the UK.  No announcement has been made about when the rest of the world may be able to see it.  The film was directed by Owen Harris and written by James Wood.
