Nintendo Announces Three New 3DS XL Designs Coming to North America

Nintendo has announced three upcoming 3DS XL designs coming the US over the course of the rest of the year.

First up is the Super Smash Bros. 3DS XL that was leaked by a Walmart ad a few days back. The new design is meant to commemorate the upcoming Super Smash Bros. for 3DS that’s coming out on October 3rd, and will come out as originally reported next Friday, September 19th.

The next two are GameStop exclusives. One is coming to retail on October 10th, and is made to look like the Nintendo Entertainment System’s controller. The last one resembles
Margaret’s Grimore from the Persona series, and is meant to coincide with Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth on November 25th.

All three versions of the 3DS XL will run you $199.99. The packaging of all three can be viewed below.
