It’s almost that magical time of year again – when the video game gods descend from on high and bestow their glorious gifts upon us mortal gamers during the month of November – and in celebration, the church of the beloved deity “Konami” has released a Zone of the Enders HD collection!
Included in the collection are the games Zone of the Enders and Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner, both of which have been digitally remastered and up-resed, as well as a demo for the highly anticipated action title Metal Gear Solid: Revengeance. Those who purchase the limited edition bundle will also be treated to a ReMix Selection Soundtrack disc, and a 100-page art book featuring never-before-seen artwork by famed game artist Yoji Shinkawa.
The essential Zone of the Enders series features thrilling robot fights in a futuristic interplanetary setting. Players experience high-flying robot combat as they grab enemies, unleash a whirlwind of blade strikes and fire off guns from a distance, all while spiraling freely in open air. Partnering with legendary animation house Sunrise, Zone of the Enders HD Collection also includes a brand new opening animation, as well as fully up-resed renders of the opening animations from the original games.
The Zone of the Enders HD Collection is rated M for Mature and is currently available for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in North America and Europe. Pilots, get to your mechs!
