Earlier this week, after years of fan demand, remakes of the third generation Pokemon games (which originally came out in 2003 on the Game Boy Advance) were announced. Yesterday, Nintendo released some footage of the long-awaited remakes on TV Tokyo’s Pokemon Get TV. Then immediately after, the teaser trailer was uploaded to YouTube.
Pokemon fans from all over the world who are excited to see new footage of the game tuned in to a livestream of the Japanese show. The trailer was only about half a minute long and only gave us a look at the game’s legendary mascots, Groudon and Kyogre, in 3D, simply followed by the tagline: “More to come…” Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will release on November 2014, only on the 3DS.
