Ubisoft’s Shape Up hopes to bring fun to fitness

“You’ll do more pushups and more squats if your fitness becomes a game,” exclaimed Shape Up producer Charles Huteau at Ubisoft’s E3 press conference. Pushups done in your living room translate to extreme pushups in the game world, with elephants and tanks dropping on players’ backs on screen.
At the press conference, Ubisoft demoed Piano Step, a Dance Dance Revolution style rhythm game, and Push Them Up, a head to head pushup competition.
