Nintendo has released three new gameplay trailers for Zelda: Breath of the Wild ahead of its impending NX reveal.
The first trailer features gameplay of areas we’ve seen from the game at E3 this past June. It also shows glimpses of what appear to be enemy bosses hidden in the open world. Creator Eiji Aonuma has noted before that bosses would appear within the open world instead of remaining hidden at the end of each temple.
The next trailer shows a few instances of Link in combat with the world’s pig-like inhabitants. That explosive arrow is looking mighty OP!
The third trailer is a single four-minute shot showing off the game’s dynamic weather. This might be the prettiest grass I’ve ever seen in a video game!
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is scheduled for release sometime next year for Wii U and the codenamed NX, which comes out March 2017. Nintendo has stated that they will be providing some context for the NX’s concept in a video later today. Check back here to watch the video and hear what we think when it airs!
