The Life is Strange universe is getting a little bit more awesome on June 26 with a free download of The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit. Dontnod are bringing a new look into that world, but this time without Max and her friends. Instead we’re getting a look at a young boy, upset over the loss of his mother, apparently using storytelling to help cope.
The trailer Microsoft showed off during their E3 press conference showed that he will be interacting with plenty of characters of his own making. No word yet on if the time travel ability present in the original Life is Strange, but with this new add-on only a couple weeks away, I’m sure we’ll know soon enough.
