Sonic and Company Fail at Heroics in Sonic Boom TV Spot

Sega has released the TV spot for Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, the Wii U game coming out as part of Sega’s new initiative for the Sonic Boom franchise.

The commercial has Sonic and company attempting to rescue a cat stuck in a tree. Despite one character being adept at climbing and another being able to fly with his tails, everyone goes pretty much the worst possible route to try and get the cat down.

Both Rise of Lyric and the 3DS’ Shattered Crystal are slated for release on November 11th. For more on both games, check out our preview from this year’s E3.
