Solve the mystery in Rainswept, on Indiegogo now

Frostwood Interactive has recently released its Indiegogo campaign for the upcoming detective mystery game Rainswept, with a planned release for next year and a playable demo available now. The game will focus on two different perspectives during a mysterious murder happening in the idyllic town of Pineview.

Detective Michael Anderson enters the small town of Pineview to assist the local police force with a seemingly simple case – A couple is found dead in their kitchen.

The locals believe it to be a case of murder-suicide, their speculation fueled by rumors of the turbulent nature of the couple’s relationship. Is it just idle gossip, or is there some truth to the rumors?

Help Detective Anderson, assisted by the driven and empathetic Officer Blunt, discover the truth behind Chris and Diane’s story. But be warned: the further he pursues the case, the more his own past shall come back to haunt him.

And the closer his own sanity will be pushed to the edge.

The campaign for the game ends on August 16 with a $4,000 flexible funding goal. Check out the trailer above, and stay tuned for more news here on Gaming Trend.
