Pokémon Go Halloween event coming soon

Pokémon Go is getting spooky with a special Halloween event. Starting October 26th, candy rates for capturing and transferring Pokémon will be doubled, and Buddy Pokémon will earn four times the normal candy. Additionally, seasonally appropriate Pokemon, Ghastly, Zubat, Drowee, and their evolved forms, will have boosted spawn rates. Despite a sensational start, Pokémon Go faced a serious drop in daily active users back in August, do you think this event will be enough to get former players back in the habit of catching ’em all? Stock up on candy early, as Pokémon Go’s Halloween event ends on November 1st.
