PlayStation 4 survey mentions PS1 and PS2 classics as well as the ability to change your PSN ID

A NeoGaf user has uploaded a screen grab of a recent PlayStation 4 survey. According to the user, the invite-only survey asked users to write suggestions, but was then followed by this poll:

No official word has been released on whether or not Sony plans to implement any or all of the features in an upcoming PS4 update.
