Nintendo has shown off the packaging for the upcoming 3DS redesign the New 3DS.
According to Kotaku, the various designs that are seen on the box of the systems are representative of faceplates that are interchangeable for the system.
The New 3DS was announced last week, and as since been confirmed to be region-locked, meaning it can only play games from the territory it was manufactured for. The updated version of the handheld will feature a thumbstick on the right side meant to control cameras, integrated NFC support and color-coded buttons.\
