Today, Square Enix gave us a brief look at the Kingdom of Corona in a new trailer focused on Disney’s Tangled. This short trailer shows us two of the characters of this world, Rapunzel and Flynn Rider, as well as gives us another look at the insane special moves Sora can pull off.
As Rapunzel leaves her mysterious tower for the first time with the help of charming bandit Flynn Rider – Sora, Donald and Goofy join the pair on their adventure to the kingdom, taking on the Heartless along the way. The new trailer also showcases some of the unique combat players can enjoy in the Tangled-inspired world as the team defeats the Heartless with the help of Rapunzel’s magical golden hair.
In the past, Kingdom Hearts seemed to mostly avoid having princesses as combatants, but Rapunzel joins alongside Flynn Rider to help Sora and the gang take out heartless. This also shows off more of the new ally system allowing you to partner with four allies rather than the standard two.
