Truly, these are the best of times. For me, at least. That’s because I have my preorder locked in for the DS version of the latest Harvest Moon game, earning me the unimaginably cool plush alpaca pictured above. Plus, you know, the whole super-addictive farming simulation part.
“Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns is one of the most unique Harvest Moon titles we’ve ever released!” said Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO of Natsume. “For the first time, players will get to choose what town they want to live in! There are also other great new features, such as the ability to raise adorable Alpacas!”
Now that is a man who loves his exclamation points! I can only imagine how enthusiastic he is about the all the game’s other new features, such as the new festival minigames, honey bees, and the pickling pot.
Harvest Moon: Tale of Two Town for the DS will be on store shelves September 20th, with a 3DS version following sometime later.
