[Update 9-6-18:] Nintendo has delayed its Nintendo Direct for a later date due to some unforeseen circumstances. The company’s official statement is below:

Our thoughts are with those that are affected by the earthquake in Japan. Stay tuned for more updates regarding the new Nintendo Direct.

While we still haven’t had much info about the upcoming online services for the Nintendo Switch, Nintendo has announced a surprise Nintendo Direct for tomorrow at 3 PM PST on its website. Not much is known about the presentation, but previous Nintendo Directs have shown a slew of games (some available the day of the online conference), so we can expect some big things incoming.

Set a reminder – a new Nintendo Direct, featuring around 35 minutes of information on upcoming Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch titles, is coming this Thursday, Sept. 6, at 3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET.
