Gears of War 4 dated for October

Microsoft and The Coalition have announced that Gears of War 4 will come to Xbox One on October 11th.

This news comes a week before the game’s upcoming beta, which will open to those who play Gears of War: Ultimate Edition before April 11th on the 18th.

Gears of War 4 takes place 25 years after the original trilogy, and stars Marcus Fenix’s son JD. The game was originally unveiled under the name Gears 4 at Microsoft’s 2015 E3 press conference.
