Stealthily announced during this morning’s Nintendo Direct, Square Enix has announced an enhanced Switch port of 2008’s The World Ends with You to be released later this year. Entitled The World Ends with You: Final Remix, the game will include some Switch enhancements as well as more story content for the game.
While not much is known about the title right now, the description is as follows:
This 2008 Nintendo DS game has been updated for Nintendo Switch with HD visuals and a new epilogue that sheds new light on the game’s story. Players can join rhythmic battles using either Joy-Con controllers or the Nintendo Switch touch screen. The game is scheduled to launch this year.
