Celebrate the Dark Arts in a special seasonal Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery event

Today, Jam City released a special season event for the app based on the legendary world of Witchcraft and Wizardry: Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery. This event will take place throughout October with the school’s halls transformed with festive flair as the students, staff, and specters prepare for the Hallowe’en feast.

During this event, the Dark Arts will remain a focal point as students are faced with seasonal side quests such as a continued investigation into their brother’s disappearance which will lead them to the mysteries of the Cursed Vaults. Year Three students will face treacherous Boggarts while Year Four students will explore the Forbidden Forest and all of its dangers. Finally, there will be a timed event as the full moon arrives, forcing students to utilize defensive spells against the dark forces at a special Duelling Club event.

October begins in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery with festive flair as students, staff and spectres prepare for the Hallowe’en feast. The Great Hall is now adorned with pumpkins and spooky decor, and the ghosts of Hogwarts – Nearly Headless Nick, the Fat Friar, the Bloody Baron, and the Grey Lady – have assembled for this highly anticipated annual event. But a shadow falls on the proceedings as a seasonal side quest begins mid-month, introducing a sinister, time sensitive twist to the story. Players will need to utilize their full arsenal of defensive spells, from Hex-Deflection to the stunning spell Stupefy, as dark forces arrive on Hogwarts’ grounds upon the full moon.

The special Halloween event for Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is now live. For more information, visit the official website.
