In Japan, where the PlayStation 4 has been struggling to make an impact on the market, Bloodborne managed to sell through 87% of its initial shipment after its launch last month.

News of this comes from Media Create that reports Bloodborne sold through 87.06% of its original shipment to retailers. There’s still no word on the game’s sales numbers in North America, which accounts for much of the PlayStation 4’s 20 million units.

Bloodborne was released last month exclusively for PlayStation 4, and will be undergoing routine maintenance every Wednesday at a designated time.
