Space Wolfs have about 1300 marines in chapter and Black Templar have about 6000 marines in difrent crusades.

Good review, although no mention if AI bots were included for offline multiplayer or not (Unreal tournament, gears of war style) Other than that, sounds like a great game!

I think what Matlok2 was trying to say is all chapter is made up of 1000 “marines” only and an “Ultramarine” is the chapter in them self. So there are 1000 ultramarines in the Ultramarine chapter, just as ther are 1000 space wolfs in the space wolfs chapter, 1000 Templars in the black templars chapter and so on.

Sorry for the spelling mistake – one out of 3500 words shouldn’t make it “appalling” or both my review and myself a “failure”. The “misinformation” is simply in the way you read it. You can use two perks. You can use two weapon upgrades. You can’t use two of each. I’ll gladly tidy up the language so it’s easier for you to read, but being called a failure is pretty over the top, don’t you think? I’ll chalk that up to Anonymous Internet bravado.

While we are casting stones, I’d like to see your review please.

A chapter doesnt contain 1000 ultramarines! Its got a 1000 marines. The ultramarines are a chapter muppet

This review is so full of misinformation it’s appalling. For example… “Since you can only use two Perks and two Weapon Upgrades at a time”. This is incorrect. You can have two total. The second perk slot opens at 15, and there are no more.
Also “Additionally, as you play you will unlock different cosmetic armor
choices. This means you can equip specific faction armor (like Blood
Ravens or Black Templars) or you can mix and match.” This is semi correct, and semi incorrect. The Chapter specific paint jobs are already included (with some missing, such as the Thousand Sons of the Traitor Legions. What is unlocked are armor pieces you can use to create your own personal suit of armor, such as the Battle-Damaged set. Also available are the vast color collection to mix and match and create your own Chapter design, to a point. There will be no splitting such as with the Blood Angels.

Those two examples alone make both this review and the author a failure.
Please feel free to double check your information by actually looking at the subject you’re writing about BEFORE writing it.
Oh, and finally… Spell check. It’s spelled Devastator, not Devistator.

It’s bullshit that my Black Templar has to have the squad markings on the the other pauldron. That’s a direct violation of the Black Templar combat doctrine.

This is a good and fair review, but i have something to change. During online multiplayer you are just a normal marine, not a captain or any other high rank, just a battle brother. While you can probably get away with using the sternguard and vanguard titles, you wouldnt be able to use librarian, master of the forge, master of recruits, master of rites and any other specific title that covers an individual because it wouldnt be logical having lots of people with the title that can only be given to one member of the chapter. Especially librarian, as you are in no way one…
