Seriously, you gave this a 99?

The gameplay is trimmed down from Parts 1 and 2. The missions are 'run down this tunnel and shoot stuff.' There are no minigames like parts 1 and 2, what little exploration is dumbed down and marginalized, to keep you funneled towards the story... the replay value is totally shot by the pointlessness of all your choices (there's 1 ending with slight tweaks, no real diversity in the endings)... this was the WORST entry in the Mass Effect series. The fact that EA has monetized this thing to the point where the end credits end with an advertisement enjoining you to buy more DLC is just the final insult in a long litany of insults. Oh, and if you only own this game? You cannot get the 'best' ending without playing the online multiplayer, so I hope you like Horde Mode, because you'll be playing that. And every day you spend away, your war assets will be penalized.

This game was an 85, AT BEST. The story was a 95 until the very end, when suddenly it feels like it was written by an 8-year-old.
