Putting out feelers for a huge PS3 bundle

I have a big PS3 bundle I'm thinking of packaging and selling. But I have an issue with the system itself.
I bought a new 160gb system last fall. My son has used it probably about 20 hours. Tonight I purchase Rocksmith and it's looking like the disc is dead. It spins but won't play any game discs or movies. I'm really not happy since this is a relatively new system and the drive is dead it appears. We haven't used it in probably 2 months and bam, drive dead.
So I'm thinking of seeing if someone is interested in the system with a lot of games. Rockband 2 and 3 with guitar, Call of Duty Black OPS, Battlefield 3, and numerous other games including about $20 of playstation store credit.
I don't know if someone here is interested, but maybe we can work something out. When I get a chance this weekend I'll list all the games exactely. I do know someone locally that fixes these for the price of the drive. Or I can send it in for replacement if someone is interested or if anyone wants to take it as is, we can talk.
Putting out feelers at the moment.

while I am not looking to buy a ps3 (mine is used more as a blu ray and netflix player these days) I would be curious if it's still under warranty. have you contacted Sony yet?

Have you tried using a different game? Just because one game doesn't work doesn't mean it's bad hardware. I've read your post a few times to see if I'm missing that info...

Does anyone know if the Slim PS3 uses the same blu-ray drive size as the launch systems? I have a non-working launch system with a working Blu-ray drive. I could potentially mix the two for one machine that works.

Well surprisingly I am still in warranty and will be getting a coffin for a replacement. It'll be a few weeks but I'll go through my game inventory for anyone interested

I just picked up a PS3 finally a few days ago. If you're looking to part with some games, I'd be interested in seeing what you have...
