WTB: DDR SDRAM memory (512 MB and up)

I want to upgrade an aging tower so it's capable to run Windows 7. The only thing in it that doesn't meet the minimum requirement is - you guessed it - the memory. It only has 512 MB of RAM. I need at least 512 MB more to meet the minimum requirements, though I'd happily take 1 GB or even 2 GB off your hands.

I'm dead broke though, so I'm looking for cheap, like $15 or below cheap. The motherboard supports DDR 333 (PC2700), so that's the minimum speed I'll buy.

Anyone have a stick lying around that s/he would sell for cheap?

Found it, 512MB DDR400 (PC3200).  I don't have any anti-static bag to send it in, so hopefully it'll be fine.

If that doesnt work I found I think 4 sticks of PC-2700 512mb. I know for sure 2 of them are im pretty sure the other two as well. If you want them just pm me your address.
